Instructors should attend all scheduled classes. It is imperative that you are able to attend all classes designated to you. In the case of sickness, you must let us know at the earliest possible opportunity so that we can take steps to find a substitute teacher for your class. Absences are unpaid.
Instructors should maintain a high standard of professional appearance and be in good mental and physical health. A minimum standard of tie for men, crease in slacks, no jeans or athletic shoes.
Instructors should interact professionally and courteously with all students and staff. No improper comments should be made and students should be treated with respect at all times. The teacher is required to maintain a high standard of ethical behavior whilst in the employment of KGCC.
